Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCardCheque and Cash. Payments by check or cash must be made in person at Makerspace Al Zeina in AED.

Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types as shown. We are unable to process any other payment form.

Online payments are verified by Payfort.

Delivery & Shipment

  • www.makerspace.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Membership Cancellations & Refunds

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. In the case of a technical error, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

When your membership ends, you must clean and clear out any rented storage space.

Customer Cancellation Policy 

Class bookings can be cancelled by the student at least 24 hours prior to the class. A class coupon with the equivalent value of the purchased class is provided upon successful cancellation. Students must request a class cancellation in person or by phone from Front Desk at Makerspace Al Zeina.

Customer Missed Classes Policy

There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups, or deferments for missed classes. In most cases, cancellation without notice or less than 24 hours prior to the class will result in a no-show fee. Please contact us if you believe you are going to be late or miss the class. Please contact us if you believe you are going to be late or miss the class. 

Makerspace Cancellation Policy

Makerspace Al Zeina reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason at least 24 hours prior to the class. Students enrolled in a class that is cancelled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a cancelled class will be rescheduled or offered a class coupon.
